We went on a chilly Sunday morning. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and given a quick instruction and tour. The ocean view from the sauna was the highlight. The sitting area is a nice touch as well, enjoyed every aspect.

The Blue Spa is total bliss. The owners have put lace into this special location that sits in the forest and peaks out to a slice of corns view. I bought my husband a punch card gift for Christmas and we have been going almost weekly. The nervous system reset has been incredible, we are so happy with this new joyful chill habit in our weekly lives. I’ve also hosted by birthday event at this location with food and sound bath on top of the sauna experience and they have been wonderful. Next I want to try yoga and in the summer an outdoor massage ! Highly recommend this wonderful place xo
